About me.
Welcome, I am Orianna, a yoga teacher based in South West London.
Yoga has been a thread woven through my life for over thirty years. I first stepped into a yoga class out of curiosity, and what I discovered was more than movement — it was a feeling. A sense of ease in my body, a softening of the mind. I was hooked.
Though my practice has ebbed and flowed over the years, it has always been there — waiting quietly in the wings. In the moments when life felt too full, too fast, the mat became my oasis, my sanctuary. A place where I could return to myself. I would arrive on my mat feeling heavy, scattered, even lost — and left feeling a little more whole, a little more ready to meet the world.
My teaching is gentle yet challenging, the atmosphere is supportive, and there's usually a bit of laughter along the way too!
I so much hope that by joining one of my classes you too will get to experience some of the benefits that yoga can bring to our lives.
My Training
In October 2022, I completed my teacher training with The House of Yoga. Since then, I’ve studied Yin Yoga under Norman Blair, and Yoga Philosophy and History of Yoga with the Oxford Centre for Yoga Studies. Once a yoga teacher, forever a yoga student — I believe the learning never really ends.
To me, yoga is so much more than a physical practice. It’s a meeting of body, breath, and heart. In my classes, you’ll find movement and stillness, breathwork and joy — all offered with warmth and intention. My hope is to hold a space where you can listen inward, move with kindness, and discover something new each time you step onto the mat.
“Orianna, your gentle style of teaching has really helped me re-establish my practice and correct some poses”
