Private classes offer the space to go deeper — to move at your pace, focus on what your body and mind truly need, and explore areas that call for more attention. There’s no rush, no pressure, no comparison — just time carved out for you.

This is a great option if you are looking for a bit more attention and motivation — whether you are just starting out or want to deepen your practice. We can talk about what you’re hoping to get from the sessions, anything you’d like to focus on, and any goals you might have.

What to expect.

These sessions are gentle, informal, and free from the buzz of a crowded studio. You don’t need to worry about how flexible you are or what anyone else is doing. Instead, you get to roll out your mat in the comfort of your own home, or local hall and drop into a practice that meets you exactly where you are.

I’m trained in Vinyasa and Yin, so there is plenty we can explore together depending on what feels right for you.

Private sessions are also perfect if you are juggling a busy schedule or studio class times just don’t work for you. We’ll find a time that fits into your life, not the other way around.
