Gentle Flow — Tuesdays | A slow, soothing practice to unwind and come home to yourself.
Gentle Flow offers a softer, more nurturing take on Power Yoga, blended with the calming stillness of a more restorative practice. You’ll move through accessible postures, explore mindful breathwork, and settle into moments of quiet joy — all designed to nourish both body and mind.
This class invites you to soften, ground, and reconnect, creating space for emotional ease as much as physical release. Suitable for all levels, including stiff and inflexible bodies!

Dynamic Flow — Wednesdays | A playful, energising practice to build strength, heat, and confidence.
Dynamic Flow weaves mindful movement with smooth transitions and steady, grounded holds.. this class offers creative sequencing, breath led flow, and opportunities to explore new shapes with curiosity.
Modifications are always offered so you can shape the practice to your body and your day — whether you’re new to yoga or refining an established practice.

I regularly offer beginner friendly courses for those new to yoga or returning after a break.

Where are classes held?
Tuesdays, 7:15pm, The Gardens Lawn Tennis Club, 343 Wimbledon Park Rd, London SW19 6NS
Wednesdays, 7.00pm, St Barnabas Church, 46 Lavenham Rd, London SW18 5EP
How much are standard classes?
You have the option of £14.50 for a drop in class or you can buy a bundle of 5 classes for £65.

Questions you might have.

Yes, please bring a yoga mat with you to practice with. You might also like to bring a blanket and blocks to help you to be more comforable.

Yes certainly, we make each class accessible for all experiences and bodies. If you have specific concerns I’d encourage you to chat with me first so I can best support you.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 7 days prior to a course start date are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date or after the course has commenced.
Cancellation made 24 hours prior to a class start date are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start date.
In case of course cancellation by us, a full refund or credit towards a future course will be provided.
Course Changes
We reserve the right to change course schedules, instructors, and content due to unforeseen circumstances or for improvement of the course.
Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
