Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

Yes, please bring your own mat and any additional props you might need to aid your comfort.

I’ve never practised yoga before—can I still join?

Absolutely! All of my classes are suitable for beginners, and Orianna offers gentle guidance and modifications to support you wherever you are in your yoga journey.

Can I attend classes if I’m pregnant?

Yes, you're very welcome to join, but please let Orianna know before class. She can offer modifications to keep you comfortable and safe. It's always best to consult your healthcare provider first.

What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Layers can be helpful, as your body temperature may change during class.

Do I need to book classes in advance?

Yes, please always book online.
